The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in, brief, is that three motorcycle borne criminals, six in number, looted the motorcycle of the informant, mobile phone, cash Rs. 4000/- etc. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He has not been put on T.I. parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27538 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 114 of 2015.
