Respondent/s =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) Date: 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the review petitioner, who was the appellant in the letters patent appeal. He submits that, in fact, he had moved the Block Development Officer within time but there is no evidence to show the same. We have noted this fact in our order that he alleges that he has moved the Block Development Officer in time but there is no material to prove the same. Thus, there is no error on record. Learned counsel for the review petitioner then wanted to argue the appeal on merits once again. That is not the jurisdiction in review.
Patna High Court C. REV. No.179 of 2016 dt.09-08-2016 2/2 Having heard the learned counsel, we are of the view that no case is made out for review. This application is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
