2. Heard the parties.

3. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To direct the respondent authorities to provide the compensation amount for the acquisition of land as per the highest rate of Government as well as in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the payment of compensation must be adequate sufficient and Satisfactory with the rate of 4x100.

3308,3304,3305,3303 total Rakaba 2 Katha 15 dhur and the works for construction has been started but till date compensation has not been paid to the petitioner due to oblique reason and malafide intention.

(ii). To provide compound interest on delay payment.

(iii). To impose heavy cost to respondents concern.

(iv). Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the newly added respondent in next eight weeks.

5. If the petitioner approaches in next eight weeks, the Arbitrator shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
