The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kazi Mohamadpur P.S. Case no. 97 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that in an agreement for sale of one Katha of land, a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- and odd was paid by the informant by different cheques as well as by cash to the accused persons. Out of which, one transaction of Rs. 40,000/- was given as consideration of the said amount as agreed upon through this petitioner, who is the son of the co-accused. The involvement of this petitioner is only to the extent of transaction of Rs. 40,000/- out of Rs. 10,00,000/- and odd. There is no written document regarding the payment of cash as alleged

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohamadpur P.S.
