Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 17.2.2016.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. Case no. 31/2016.
