The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 211 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged truck. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.15670 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 211 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
