Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co- accused and subsequently, he was arrested and made his confessional statement leading to recovery of skeleton as well as cloth. The cloth of the deceased was identified by the family members of the deceased.

Considering the materials available in the case diary as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Majorganj P.S.
