Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.130 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 448,354A & 506 of the IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no occurrence did ever take place as alleged in the FIR and there is four days delay in lodging of the FIR. Further submits that both the parties are neighbours and there is land dispute between them, which is evident from Annexure-2 to this petition. Petitioner filed an application in the court of SDO, Piro being informatory application, which is evident from Annexure-3 to this petition. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.6322 of 2020(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.130 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
