Patna High Court CWJC No.3452 of 2020(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/3 "(i) To command and direct the respondents authority for grant/provide the J.P. Senani Pension to the petitioners as per paragraph-10 of the instant writ petition under the sceme of J.P. Senani Samman Pension Yojana, 2007 which was published and declare by the Govt. of Bihar, Home Department [Now under the Resolution no. 524 dated 15.07.2015 of the Home (Special) Department] for which all the petitioners already applied before the respondent no. 2 for the same having requisite eligibility, qualification and fulfilling criteria under the said scheme/policy. (ii) To command and direct the concerned respondent to consider and disposed of the applications filed by the petitioners for the J.P. Senani Pension under the scheme of J.P.
Senani Samman Pension Yojana, 2007 which was published and declare by the Govt. of Bihar, Home Department (New under the Resolution no. 524 dated 15.07.2015 of the Home (Special) Department) on the basis of having eligibility and fulfilling the criteria under the same scheme/policy and grant the said pension to the petitioners as per paragraph no.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3452 of 2020(2) dt.26-09-2022 3/3 been already granted J.P. Senani Pension vide CWJC No. 3575 of 2015 by the Govt. of Bihar." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent Authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
