1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 02.08.18 issued by the Director, Mass Education, Bihar, Patna by which continuing that the Sakshar Bharat Programme has not been extended after 31.03.2018, the Post of petitioner who are Audit Coordinator exists no more since March 2018.

A copy of letter dated 02.08.2018 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3822 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 (II) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption, regularization or permanent continuation of the petitioner against the suitable post under state govt.

(III) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to make payments of the arrears of salary of the petitioner since September 2016 to till date with statutory interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
