ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 9.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 738 of 2015.

Considering that it is only recently, this Court has refused bail to the Petitioner, I see no reason to review the same. The Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2014, to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
