JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for the issuance of Writ of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no. 6 to issue the certified copy of the order dated 21.03.23 passed in Bihar Public Land Encroachment Removal Case No.

17/22-23 which was instituted by the State of Bihar pursuant to the direction of the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.09.22 in C.W.J.C. NO. 5002/21, which was filed by this petitioner for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2957 of 2024(3) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 removal of the encroachment made over way (Rasta) from government land pertaining to Khata no. 46 cadestral survey and 52 plot nos. 109, 108 respectively."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has produced a certified copy of the order dated 21.03.2023 passed in Encroachment Case No. 17 of 2022-23 by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, which has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has now been provided with a certified copy of the order dated 21.03.2023, the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
