Petitioner is said to have lobbed bomb causing injury to the informant and his brother and both the aforesaid injured are said to have sustained injury simple in nature, though said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and explosive substance respectively. Moreover, co-accused Imteyaz Khan, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S. Case no. 231/2014.
