Petitioner filed an application which has been submitted to the Inspector General (Prison) from Saheed Khudi Ram Bose Central Jail, Muzaffarpur, vide Annexure 5 dated 22.12.2017. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.12.2017 whereby two increments of the petitioner have been stopped.
