JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 Petitioner's Counsel is permitted to correct description of respondent No. 3 in the writ petition. Petitioner filed an application which has been submitted to the Inspector General (Prison) from Saheed Khudi Ram Bose Central Jail, Muzaffarpur, vide Annexure 5 dated 22.12.2017. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.12.2017 whereby two increments of the petitioner have been stopped.
Petitioner's Counsel submits that the criminal case on the identical same charges have resulted in acquittal and
