The petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil (Singhol) P.S. Case No.254/2015 registered under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Manoj Kumar @ Lalan Kumar, son the petitioner approached the informant for taking the cash of Rs. 3, 35,000/- for doing the job of the Contract then the informant handed over the cash of Rs. 3,35,000/- to Manoj Kumar, son of the informant on executing bond on which this petitioner also put his signature as witness but the petitioner left the rented house without giving information to the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19765 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from F.I.R that cash of Rs. 3, 35,000/- is said to have given by the informant to the son of the petitioner and not to this petitioner. In fact, the petitioner used to reside at his parental house but due to ulterior motive, the petitioner has also falsely been implicated in this case being the father of co-accused Manoj Kumar.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhol) P.S. Case No. 254/2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Amit/- U T
