No.78254 of 2018 has not been communicated to the learned lower court at Samastipur as in the title portion contents has been mentioned as Vaishali. In such view of the matter, having heard both sides and perused the record, from which would appear that the case belongs to Patori P.S.Case No.226 of 2018 of District Samastipur. As such let order dated 07.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.78254 of 2018 is modified to that extent.
