JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner had filed an appeal on 08.09.2023 bearing Anganwari Revision Appeal No. 183 of 2023 before the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, however, the same has not yet been disposed off.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2159 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 still pending, the same shall definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Anganwari Revision Appeal No. 183 of 2023, in case the same has been filed and has yet not been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
