1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was successful in getting a favorable order from the District Program Officer, Nawada, vide order dated 31.09.2021, however, the private respondent no.5 has assailed the same by filing an Aanganwari Appeal Case No.18(M)/2022, before the District Magistrate, Nawada, hence the same be directed to be disposed off, expeditiously.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Nawada, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
