The present application has been filed for: indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to make payment of compensation for land measuring 0.035 decimal acquired by the Respondent concerned for construction of Ganga Rail Bridge with interest. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna pursuant to his document (Annexure-1) relating to land acquisition Case No. 19/2001-02 relating to the Ganga Rail Setu construction.

4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

6. Needless to say that since the matter is old one, the concerned respondent shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
