JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 23.12.2013, 11.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

The truck loaded with Gur and mobiles of the driver and cleaner were robbed when nine persons boarded the truck. The petitioners were apprehended in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2013 and subsequently their confessions were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29063 of 2014 (6) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 obtained.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the confession no recovery has been made from the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner Neeraj Singh @ Niraj Singh that petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. The statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S.
