The petitioner seeks bail in Vijaypur P.S. Case No. 17/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The police got information that huge quantity of sprit and country made liquor are kept for selling on the eve of Holy. The police raided the place and recovered huge quantity of sprit and country made liquor but nobody was apprehended from the spot. The informant claimed that the petitioner and others managed to flee away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2015.
