The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2021 in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 33/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 06.01.2022 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42310 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42310 of 2021, this application bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5211 of 2022(3) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Birpur, Supaul, in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 33/2021. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Birpur (Balua Bazar) Police Station on the 1st Sunday of the each month.
