This application has been filed by five petitioners, who retired on different dates from different schools in the district of Madhubani. The petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to make payment of the post retiral dues in the form of deduction of Dearness Allowance and salaries deposited in the General Provident Fund account of the petitioners along with statutory interest as the same has not been paid to them. The writ application is disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11156 of 2017(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioners and to pay the admissible amount with statutory interest till the date of payment. In case, a separate individual representation is filed by each of the petitioners, the same should be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, If, any amount is found payable, the same should be paid within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order. In case, any of the claims in whole or in part is not found payable to the petitioners, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period. The writ application stands disposed of.
