2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.24276 of 2018(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 writ/order/direction commanding the Respondent authorities to execute the order of the Consolidation authority where-under and whereby the petitioner has been awarded 1/4th share in her ancestral agricultural property.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the Respondent authorities to carve out separate share of the petitioner in the ancestral property as per order of Consolidation authority and to handover the possession of the same to the petitioner.

(iii) For grant of any such other relief or reliefs, the petitioner would be found entitled to, on the facts and in the circumstances of the case.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a proper petition is pending before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram pursuant to the development that took place after the writ petition filed. The same be disposed of.

4. The State Counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petition is still pending before the Collector, Rohtas, the same be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. The petitioner/heirs is/are free to submit fresh
