JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of petitioner for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to grant the benefits of first, second and third ACP to the petitioner in terms of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme' 2010 (In short MACP 2010) notified vide Finance Departments' memo no.7566 dated 14.07.2010 and the respondents further be directed to extend the financial benefits thereof by making payment of differential amount to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Divisional Forest Officer, Research, Training and Public Relation Division, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
