The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of one Ranjan Kumar Singh who confessed his guilt in another case on the basis of which the petitioner was arrested and the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt before the police and in pursuance thereof the police recovered Rs. 12000/- from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the informant has not stated anywhere that the looted money was of Rs. 1000/- denominations. The petitioner was arrested on 29.04.2015 that is only after one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28457 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 month of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Bhorey P.S.
