The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(b) (ii) (c), 25, 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25
(1) (a), 25 (1AA), 25 (1-b)a, 26 (I), 26 (2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is a part of a group running mini gun factory and is in custody since 02.09.2021.
