2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent Authorities, specially the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sheohar (Respondent No.5) to comply its own order dated 22/09/2012 passed in B.L.D. Case No.13 of 2012-13, whereby and where under a direction was given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9223 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 Circle Officer, Sheohar with the help of Officer-inCharge, Sheohar to demarcate the disputed land and give delivery of possession to the Petitioner. (ii) For further direction to the District Magistrate to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within time framed with reason and speaking order.

(iii) And for any other relief/reliefs for which your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the respondent no. 5, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sheohar for the redressal of the grievance.
