The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii) (B), 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 2.300 kg of Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.06.2021. It is further submitted that the charge has been framed.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is

No.5226 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make attendance in the local police station, (Bhabua) on first and last Sunday of every month.
