JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Grievance Cell of the Jai Prakash University for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Grievance Cell of the University within a period of four weeks from today and in case the petitioner files an appropriate representation within four weeks, the Grievance Cell of the University shall take appropriate decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
