2. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court by a detailed order dated 28.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4729 of 2023.

3. The stage of trial was called for from the court below which has been received.

4. From perusal of the report, it appears that out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses, eight have been examined and the trial is on the verge of its conclusion.

5. I do not see any reason to reconsider the earlier order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4729 of 2023.

6. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
