The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Petitioner is the driver of a vehicle bearing registration no. BR 29M 5399. The petitioner was carrying 30 quintal rice. The truck was seized. One Sukhdeo Tiwary claimed the rice which he was carrying for distribution from the P.D.S. shop on valid papers.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the truck driver who is in jail since 10.03.2015, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
