Petitioner is accused in connection with Ku. Asthan (Kusheshwar Asthan) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that 18 persons named in the F.I.R. surrounded the informant. Thereafter, at the order of Raju Yadav, this petitioner fired causing injury at his right palm and another firing was missed. At that time, Ganesh Yadav also caused injury through iron rod on his right hand.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19473 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 submits that due to land dispute the occurrence took place in which the defence party also sustained injury regarding which Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 is instituted on the basis of information of Jachan Yadav under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014.
