JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose off the connected disciplinary proceedings, sought to be initiated in pursuance of the order dated 07.12.2017, within a period of four months from today, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass the final orders within a period of four months from today, failing which the order of
