Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service. The petitioner has submitted the BETET mark-sheet after receiving the same through Education Department and the same has not been verified by the Board. Moreover, other similarly situated co-accused persons whose certificates were also found forged have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 17980 of 2020.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
