JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and one another person have shot and killed the deceased.

4. The informant is an eye witness of the occurrence and and the criminal act has been captured in the CCTV footage. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2024. In the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11029 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 charges have been framed.

5. Learned counsel for the informant; Mr. Jha submits that the informant will produce the witnesses regularly in the trial.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
