Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the petitioner is a licensed medical shopkeeper in Nawabganj, Kursela, Katihar and as per the report of the Anganwadi Sewika of the village Simra the deceased died at his residence itself as contained in Annexure-2 & 3 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 125 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
