The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1750(C) of 2016 registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the complaint, submissions advanced at the Bar and the pleadings made in the application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
