The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 323, 504, 341 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Crafts Act.

The informant made allegation that on the order of the petitioner Badri Yadav, Tulsi Yadav, Ajay Yadav, Darogi Yadav and Sunil Yadav assaulted the informant and others. The petitioner being order giver is in jail since 15.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
