The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter Sakina Khatoon and forcibly got her married in village Godiya. The victim herself made statement and disclosed that she was earlier married to one Maisoor Ali of Mau (U.P.). She had come to her Naihar three months earlier but the petitioner took her and got her married with one Raju Sahani. She also stated that she loves with Raju and thereafter solemnized marriage in a temple.

Considering the nature and manner of occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20029 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 and the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is in jail since 5.10.2014, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Mufassil P.S.
