In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 526 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, the informant got an information that the petitioner along with one Alka Kumari were running a fake government office in Anurag Guest House and they were issuing fake certificates and documents in respect of PMAY, Indra Awas Yojana, PDS etc.

No.7049 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was not arrested at the spot and nothing was recovered from his possession. The co-accused persons who have been arrested at the spot have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73456 of 2022, Cr. Misc. No. 71589 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 11935 of 2023. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 22.08.2022.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 526 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) On verification done by court below, if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any another case except the present one, the learned court below shall not accept his bail bond.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(iii) If the petitioner is found involved in future
