One stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 11.02.2016.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedents but having more or less similar allegation co-accused Rakesh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U
