JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 12-07-2017 The petitioner has been declared failed in Class-

Patna High Court CWJC No.9371 of 2017 dt.12-07-2017 2/2 XIIth Examination, held by the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"). He has applied for scrutiny of his answer-sheets before the Board. It is the grievance of the petitioner that till date the outcome of the scrutiny is not known to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Board, on the basis of oral instructions, which he has received from the Board, submits that scrutiny of answer-sheets of the petitioner has been done and at least in one subject, i.e., Physics, there is no change. He further informs that the outcome of scrutiny of the said paper is available on the website of the Board also.

3. In view of the submission as above, the Board is directed that if the scrutiny of other papers of the petitioners has not been done, let it be done by 18th day of this month and its outcome be placed on the website of the Board immediately thereafter.
