JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 504, 307, 506, 341/34 of IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., petitioner and other accused person come by Scorpio vehicle and on the order of the petitioner shot fire on the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that F.I.R., itself shows that no allegation of firing or any overt act against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. He will also cooperate in the investigation.

Heard A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 with condition that he will co-operate in the disposal of the investigation.
