It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself that a quarrel took place between the parties on the point of blockage of drainage and in that course; husband of the petitioner assaulted the deceased. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against her.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
