The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.278 of 2020 registered under Sections 447, 448, 341 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 380, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties. The injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
