Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he in a drunken condition came in front of the house of the informant and started abusing and on being objected by the informant and his uncle he entered into the house and with intent to kill inflicted sickle blow on the head, cheek and hand of his brother. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case. It is further submitted that the injuries are

It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,00/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Banka in Banka P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015.
