====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For paying the admitted and forwarded dues of Honorarium amount to the tune of Rs. 3,08,562 with interest @ 14% per annum from the due date till the date of clearance, which is pending for clearance before the Treasury Officer, Katihar vide bill no. 21/2022-23, for a sum of Rs. 35,000/-, vide bill no. 22/2022-23

Patna High Court CWJC No.4009 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 dated 06.12.2023, for a sum of Rs. 2,01,062 and vide bill no. 19/2023-24 dated 24.7.2023 for a sum of Rs. 1,07,500/-."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 6, i.e. the District Magistrate, Katihar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 6, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and in case, any outstanding dues are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within the same time frame. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
