The petitioner seeks bail in Allouli P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014, G.R. No. 1631/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case after recovery of the dead body of his son. The name of the petitioner figured during course of investigation that too on the basis of mere suspicion. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Allouli P.S.
