Taking into consideration that 12 kg. ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 arising out of Palanwa P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
